This program is perfect for me. I'm 65 and in very good health, but not quite as flexible as I used to be. This program is very well done and easy to follow with excellent cues. I especially like how it is segmented allowing me to customize my routine. The only thing I don't like, I'm sorry to say, is Jane's voice. It's too sign-songy and high-pitched for me. Otherwise I LOVE this DVD and highly recommend it.
