A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number is required on all returned items.
All items are inspected for new- and unopened condition.
Your returned item must be received back within 30 days of delivery regardless of date RMA is issued. To obtain an RMA number, please send an e-mail to

- Enter RMA Request & your Order ID in subject field of email message
- Items you will return
- Your reason for returning the item
- iShopExpress processes all returns within 10 business days of the receipt of the returned merchandise. Credit card companies vary in the time required to post credits back to a customer's account. Please consult your credit card company for additional information regarding credit policies. Items returned without an RMA number will be shipped back to customer at their cost.
Please note: In the event of a return, our free shipping offer is voided and the applicable shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees: All returns carry a $5 handling and applicable shipping costs. Wii console and Wii Fit bundles carry a restocking fee of 15%.
If a return is necessary resulting from an error on our part, such as an incorrect, missing or damaged item, iShopExpress will handle and pay for return shipping costs. This does not include delayed delivery or other shipping related issues.
Bundle and Kit Items
Bundles and Kits must be returned in whole with all items included. We do not accept returns or exchange of individual items associated with Bundle or Kit product offerings. All items are of course protected for quality and to work correctly by the manufacturer's warranty. Please reference the product listing for more details.
We reserve the right to exchange or swap bundle items for alternate 3rd party manufactured products as those pictured and/or described in product listings. Such alternate products will only be swapped if they are of the same or better quality, support the same features and functions as well as carry the same level of warranty coverage.
Damaged Items or Errors in Shipping
Shipping errors must be reported within seven (7) business days from receipt of order. Any item you receive that is damaged must be reported immediately to the Carrier. You must also contact iShopExpress Customer Service and we will assist you in processing the claim. This includes missing items, items lost in transit or damaged.
If you received an item in error, please call us immediately to inform us of the error. We will promptly do our best to correct the error to your satisfaction.
Orders may be canceled prior to processing when charges are applied to your credit card. To provide fast delivery, we process order quickly and may begin processing almost immediately upon receiving an order. In the event an order cannot be canceled, it is subject to standard return (RMA) policy. A cancellation fee will be applied.

All technical support and warranty services are provided directly by the product manufacturer. iShopExpress provides no express or implied warranty on products. This includes technical support, problem resolution and/or product replacement due to defects. For your convenience, listed below is the warranty information for the products we carry. Nintendo Wii Console hardware carry a one (1) year manufacturer warranty. Most Nintendo accessories, including the Wii Fit, remote controllers and games, include a 30 to 90 day warranty. All Penguin accessories come with a standard 90 days manufacturer's warranty. The warranty applies to all products that, due to manufacturing defects, are unable to perform its original intended function.
